How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
As most of our jewelry is handcrafted to order in our London workshop, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. If an item is in stock, it will typically be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
How do I find my correct ring size?
To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend being sized at a local jeweler or ordering a ring sizer from our website. Please note that wider bands may require a slightly larger size than slim bands.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via secure, tracked courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
We accept returns on standard items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition. Please note that bespoke pieces, engraved items, and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
All The Great Frog pieces are cast in solid 925 Sterling Silver, 9ct or 18ct Gold, or Platinum. We use high-quality ethically sourced gemstones and traditional British hallmarks to certify authenticity.
Do you offer a repair service?
We offer a lifetime guarantee on manufacturing defects. For general wear and tear, resizing, or professional cleaning, you can visit our London flagship store or contact our customer service team for a quote.
