Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 28-day return policy for all unworn jewellery and apparel, provided items are returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please note that custom-made items and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and bespoke production reasons.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Authorisation number within 14 days of receiving your order.
- 2.Package Your Item
Securely pack your items in their original Great Frog presentation box and transit packaging to ensure they are protected during delivery.
- 3.Ship to London
Send your package via a tracked and insured service to our London flagship store; please retain your postage receipt until the refund is processed.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master jewellers have inspected the item for wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
